A custom-blend of Ashtanga yoga, core-strengthening Pilates-style body work, and old-school calisthenics... all choreographed to a rockin’ soundtrack. It has all the fitness training your body needs… and it’s wrapped up in under an hour!
 

Mondays & Thursdays @ 7:30pm
