Join Dr. Joy Simon (chiropractor and mother) and Penny Hounsome (personal trainer and yoga instructor) to discuss the demands placed on your ‘core’ during pregnancy and while looking after baby. Learn easy solutions to practice at home; whether you're beginner or advanced, pregnant or post-partum, we'll progress through different levels of simple but effective core strengthening routines, mini yoga sessions with poses specific for stretching and engaging the core.
