Taught by personal trainer and yoga instructor, Lesley Stoyan, this class is a custom-blend of Ashtanga yoga, core-strengthening Pilates-style body work, and old-school calisthenics... all choreographed to a rockin’ soundtrack. It has all the fitness training your body needs… wrapped up in under an hour.
