CARDIYoga is a unique and motivating workout. Burn calories, build strength, improve posture and flexibility, and increase your metabolism…all at the same time.

Taught by personal trainer and yoga instructor, Lesley Stoyan, this class is a custom-blend of Ashtanga yoga, core-strengthening Pilates-style body work, and old-school calisthenics... all choreographed to a rockin’ soundtrack. It has all the fitness training your body needs… wrapped up in under an hour.

Mondays and Thursdays at 7:30pm
