DIY - Do Iyengar Yoga!!


We love Iyengar Yoga, and we know you will too! Whatever level you are at, the Iyengar method provides the perfect foundation for a long-lasting, injury-free yoga practice. Come and learn the basics, or fine-tune your poses, with one of our highly qualified teachers: Gaye, Jocelyn, Hazim or Deborah.

You now have more options for class times. We have decided to make each of our Iyengar classes open to ALL LEVELS. With small class sizes in our cozy studio our instructors are able to modify their classes to accomodate you - whatever your level. Check out our updated schedule and find the DIY (Do Iyengar Yoga) class that fits your schedule.

Changes: Thursday DIY class has been changed to 6pm start-time.
