My Philosophy of Massage:
I advocate and follow holistic principles like the practice of meditation and breath work, yoga, organic and whole foods diet.
With a very intuitive sense of touch, my approach to massage therapy is based on the belief that the body-mind-spirit connection has a fundamental impact in one's healing journey.
I'm particularly interested in postural dysfunction, repetitive strains, side effects of motor-vehicle accidents known as Whiplash, headaches and migraines, work related and sports related injuries, etc.

Nicole is certified in Graston Technique, a patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that effectively treats scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. Some of the benefits are:
• Separates and breaks down collagen cross-links, stretches connective tissue and muscle fibers
• Increases the rate and amount of blood flow to and from the area
• Increases cellular activity in the area, which speeds up the healing process.
